"We are incredibly lucky. Following an intense pregnancy, lots of monitoring, our daughter Lily was born at 31+5 weeks, weighing 2lb 2oz. She spent 5 weeks at the JR receiving amazing care from all the wonderful staff. 

During our time at the the hospital SSNAP provided us with support, snacks, and most importantly cups of tea which allowed us to spend more time by our daughter’s side and focus on her care. 

A year in from her due date, we celebrated Lily's Christening. Instead of gifts, we asked for donations to SSNAP from friends and family and we raised over £500. We hope this will help SSNAP continue to do their amazing work supporting families at one of their most stressful times of their lives.
