I'm so pleased to let you know Sunday went really well - an incredible celebration of Charlie with memories we will treasure forever and tell him about when he is older.
Last weekend saw the wonderful celebrations and some incredible fundraising for SSNAP, Charlie's family and friends raised in excess of £2600!
A raffle was held at the party and the winners already contacted.
