SSNAP supporter and NICU Dad, Martin, has published his own book, all proceeds will go to SSNAP!
You may be familiar with Martin (Cotswold Chef on Instagram). Every Christmas Eve for 10 years he has delivered the most wonderful cake to the neonatal unit for staff to enjoy.

"Exciting news! My book is finally available on Amazon Prime!
This book explores how the NHS works with mental health and hospitality, highlighting ways we can bring joy to others—like delivering cakes on Christmas Day with family. It also shares my personal experiences, family stories, and some exceptional recipes from my own collection.
I’ve always said I’d never give out my recipes, but if there’s ever a good reason to break that rule, this is it! All proceeds will go to charity, supporting SSNAP (Support Sick Newborns and Parents).
