At the weekend she did a 10k swim
"I attach 3 photos of my daughter Kirsty who was born at 26 weeks in September 1986 and spent her first 11 weeks on the unit.
At the weekend she did a 10k swim at the Olympic pool in London and has raised £200 on her just giving page for SSNAP. When the first picture was taken I would have never thought she would be capable of doing this.
It was good to see the picture of Dr. Ives on the page last month as he was one of the Drs. Who looked after Kirsty and I can remember when I was worried she would not be strong enough to go home for Christmas he made her some weights with matchsticks and bluetak"
