Supporting NHS Staff

Nurses on the neonatal unit can apply to SSNAP for funding for external training courses that will support and develop their knowledge and education. SSNAP pay 80% of the course cost and to date have never rejected an application. 

External training courses really vary but have recently included FINE training, attending the UNICEF baby friendly initiative and attending the annual REASON conference.
